Role overview:
We’re looking for a 3D Artist with professional experience and a genuine interest in simulation environments. A strong eye for realistic form, proportion, and materials is essential. You’ll be comfortable managing your own workload, communicating clearly with the team, and delivering high-quality, game-ready assets to schedule.
This is a fully remote position, so experience working independently and managing workload within a remote team environment is essential.
The majority of work will focus on realistic environment assets, including buildings, infrastructure, and associated props.

Essential Skills:
●3ds Max or Blender
● Substance Painter
● Photoshop
● Unreal Engine 4/5
● PBR workflows
Responsibilities:
● Create efficient, high-quality, optimised game-ready assets for PC and Console within defined technical limits
● Integrate assets into Unreal Engine 4/5, including:
○ Material setup
○ Collision and LOD creation
○ Authoring masks for colour variation, break-up, emissive elements, and weathering
● Communicate regularly with teammates and contribute effectively as part of a remote team
● Work to agreed deadlines while maintaining organised backups and clean, reliable workflows
● Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping up to date with relevant tools and techniques
Portfolio Requirements:
Please include examples that demonstrate:
● Environment art and hard-surface asset creation (3ds Max or Blender preferred)
● Unreal Engine work where possible
● Strong understanding of scale, form, proportion, and clean topology
● Ability to research and interpret reference material accurately
● Realistic texturing and material creation using Substance Painter and Photoshop
● Experience working within a practical, production-focused UE4/UE5 PBR pipeline
